All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless the artwork arrives damaged. If your artwork is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage. To qualify for a full refund, the artwork must be returned within 5 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued after inspection and processed within fifteen (15) business days.
