My work is rooted in a deep appreciation for light, atmosphere, and the quiet poetry of everyday spaces. Whether drawn from cityscapes, domestic interiors, or stretches of empty highway, each painting seeks to transform the familiar into something luminous and contemplative—capturing moments that might otherwise pass unnoticed. Influenced by artists such as Richard Diebenkorn, Wayne Thiebaud, Fairfield Porter, and Alex Katz, I strive to find harmony between abstraction and representation. The structural elegance of Giorgio Morandi and the emotional stillness of Edward Hopper have further shaped my approach, reminding me of the expressive potential within simplicity.

Through deliberate yet fluid brushwork, I use color, shape, and spatial tension to build scenes that hover between presence and memory. As both a painter and curator, I see art as a means of visual storytelling—an invitation to slow down, reflect, and step into a world where light, space, and emotion quietly converge.
