Neena Buxani is an Austin, Texas–based contemporary artist whose vibrant botanical paintings explore the intersection of nature, abstraction, and cultural identity. Drawing inspiration from her Indian heritage, upbringing along the Mexico border, and training as a gemologist, Buxani creates richly layered compositions that balance structure and spontaneity. Her work incorporates luminous color, intricate pattern, and subtle touches of gold to evoke transformation, movement, and depth.
Buxani’s paintings have been featured in solo exhibitions at Georgetown Art Center, Found Fine Art, and Dougherty Arts Center, and in prestigious art fairs including the Affordable Art Fair and The Other Art Fair by Saatchi Art. Her work is represented by The Good Art Company, PXP Contemporary, Austin Art Garage, and other notable galleries.
